Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must complete a minimum of 10 hours on the Breathwave platform within a four-week period from the start of their membership.
• The 10-hour requirement must be fulfilled within the first four weeks of starting the membership.
• All completed sessions must be properly tracked through the platform.

Session Tracking Requirements

• For recorded sessions:
  • Participants must like and comment on each recording after listening
  • This engagement helps us verify the completion of each session
• For live sessions:
  • Attendance is tracked through the recorded attendance system
  • Participants must use their real name on their profile for accurate tracking

Refund Process

If after completing the minimum 10 hours within the specified timeframe, you are not satisfied with our service:

• You will be eligible for a refund of your monthly membership fee
• The refund will be processed with no questions asked
• Contact our support team to initiate the refund process
